How do I know if my interview is Live or On-Demand?
You will be notified via email that you have been invited to participate in an interview. If you will be recording an On-Demand interview, there will be a link in the body of the email prompting you to complete your On-Demand interview. If you will be participating in a live interview, you will either see a link allowing you to schedule your interview followed by an emailed calendar invitation, or you will receive only the calendar invitation including your link to join a scheduled interview.
How do I access my scheduled Live online interview?
You will be notified that you have been scheduled to participate in a Live video interview through an emailed calendar invitation. The email sender will be Cloud@performancefit.com.
In the body of the calendar invitation there will be a link labeled “Join Your Interview”. Select this link to join your interview at the scheduled date and time. It is recommended you join your interview 10 minutes prior to the start time so that the Device Check may be completed.
Interviewers and Observers may also access interviews from their interviewer profile by logging into their USA Hire Interview account.
Why isn’t my scheduled Live interview link working?
Double-check the date and time of your scheduled interview. You can only access your interview 30 minutes prior to the start time. If you are a candidate, ensure that you are signing in to the Login.gov account associated with the email address that received the calendar invitation for your interview.
How do I reschedule my Live interview?
If you self-scheduled your interview and it’s more than one calendar day before the scheduled interview, you may reschedule your interview. Navigate back to the email you used to schedule the interview originally, select the link labeled “Schedule your interview”, cancel the interview you currently have scheduled, and reschedule for another date and time that works for you.
If your interview was scheduled by the agency you are applying to, or you are within one calendar day of the scheduled interview, please reach out to your agency contact for assistance with rescheduling.
How do I access my On-Demand interview?
You will be sent an email from Cloud@performancefit.com notifying you that you have been invited to complete an On-Demand interview.
In the body of the email there will be a link labeled “Complete you on-demand interview”. Select this link to access your On-Demand interview.
Why isn’t my On-Demand interview link working?
If the link to complete your On-Demand interview is not working, check the body of the email to confirm that the expiration date for the link has not passed.
If it is prior to the expiration date, ensure that you are logged in to the Login.gov account associated with the application you submitted.

When I sign into USA Hire Interview, I get an error message that says my account is disabled. How do I re-enable my account?
USA Hire Interview user accounts are disabled after 60 days of inactivity. To re-enable your account, please submit a USA Hire Help Desk ticket here: https://apply.usastaffing.gov/HelpTicket.
In the “Announcement Number” field, write “N/A”. In the description field, explain that your Production USA Hire Interview user account needs to be re-enabled. Once your account is reset, you will have 24 hours to log back into USA Hire Interview to re-enable your account.
Remember to periodically log into USA Hire Interview to keep your account active.
